Terms and Conditions

1.    The Promoter of this promotion is Indevin Limited (“Promoter” or “us or we”).
2.    The promotion commences at 12:01am (NZDT) on 24 February 2025 and closes at 11:59pm on 6 April 2025 (“Promotion Period”). 
3.    By entering into this promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions.  
4.    Participating Stores: Liquor outlets and Supermarkets nationwide in New Zealand.

6.    The promotion is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years or over. Non-New Zealand Residents and/or Entrants under the age of 18 years old, Employees of the Promoter, the Promoter’s associated companies, the Promoter’s agencies associated with the Promotion, and participating retailers and their immediate families are ineligible to enter. 

How to enter 

7.    To enter the promotion, you must purchase 1x 750mL bottle of any Esk Valley wine (“Participating Products”) with a promotional neck tag from a Participating Store during the Promotion Period. Text the word “ESK” featured on the promotional neck tag to 3323 using your mobile phone and submit your entry during the Promotion Period to gain one (1) entry into the Prize draw. Texts will be charged at the standard rate charged by each entrant’s telecommunications provider, and the Promoter will not be liable for this cost under any circumstances. 
8.    You must retain the original purchase receipt(s) as proof of purchase.  
9.    One entry per person per day. 
10.  The Promotor reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entry or refuse to award the Prize where false or misleading details have been given by you, or you have behaved in a fraudulent or dishonest manner, or in breach of these terms and conditions.  

The Prize

11.  Major Prize Draw: Ten (10) x Prize winners will win x1 Le Creuset 25cm Volcanic Oval Casserole dish valued at $570 NZD. The prize will be delivered to the winner’s nominated New Zealand address within 28 days of the prize draw date.
12.  Total prize pool value is $5,700 NZD.
13.   Prizes cannot be transferred by a winner to another person without the prior written consent of the Promoter.  

Deciding on a winner

14.  The Prize winners will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period at 10:00am on the 09/04/25.  
15.  Draws will be conducted by the Promoter’s representative at 17 Halsey Street, Auckland 1010.  
16.  The Promotor’s decision on the winner is final and may not be challenged.  
17.  The winners of the Prize will be notified by email or phone within 2 business days of the draw. The Prize must be redeemed within 14 days of being notified.  If the Promotor fails to make contact with a winner within 14 days from the date of the draw, the Promoter may redraw another winner.  
18.  The Promotor will require the Prize winner to provide proof of identity, age, and residency in order to claim the prize. If an entry cannot be verified to the Promoter’s satisfaction, the entry will be invalid. 
19.  If any Prize or component of the Prize is unavailable, the Promotor reserves the right to substitute a different Prize of equal or greater value.  

Privacy

20.  All personal information you provide us in connection with this promotion will only be used and disclosed for the purpose of running the promotion and in accordance with our privacy policy: https://eskvalleywines.com/pages/privacy-policy/. To access or correct your details, contact us at PrivacyOfficer@indevin.com. We may need to disclose your personal information to our agents, BTL Group Limited, involved with this promotion for the purpose of managing this promotion and providing the Prize to you. General 

21.  The Promotor is not liable for any failure (for whatever reason) to record an entry into the promotion.  The Promotor will not be responsible for any late, lost, or misdirected entries, including but not limited to entries received due to technical problems.  
22.  The Promotor and its related companies, employees and agencies shall not be liable for any loss (including special or consequential loss) damage or personal injury suffered (whether mental or physical) by any person arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with entering this promotion, any prize draw, a prize, or its use by the winner/s.    
23.  The Promotor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to vary these terms and conditions or cancel any or all of the prize draws or components of this promotion without notice. 
24.  These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
