Collection: Hawkes Bay

The Hawkes Bay region is located in the central ‘fish hook’ of the North Island’s East Coast.

New Zealand’s oldest winegrowing region, the Hawkes Bay region is famed for Chardonnay, Syrah and Bordeaux blends due to it’s varied soil types and higher heat summation which gives it the ability to fully ripen these varietals. It is also home to the Gimblett Gravels, a special appellation defined by the unique gravelly soil type from a now exposed riverbed that produces incredible red wines.
